Zoe has found a family with children, room to run, and adults who care about the combination of love and limits that makes a lively puppy secure. Travel plans are in the works. In the meantime, at home with us, she’s learned to comply well to essential house rules. My favorite? Exiting the door to play outside, I call individual dogs in random order, expecting them to wait for their name. I have her wait and watch, then call her last. It’s a powerful lesson for a puppy with what we can describe as “great leadership skills!”
May you bring a world of joy to your families, Z Girls!
